Make ready features

Provide your teams with an improved make ready-process. Boards, a feature within Work Management, brings this traditionally unorganized process into the same platform your teams work out of on a daily basis. These digital make-ready boards integrate with Yardi, RealPage and other flat-file integrations, improving efficiency with automation. Additionally, we added a move-in/move-out risk indicator and notice to vacate triggers, among other important aspects of make ready to improve the Boards experience.

Walk & Talk

Reduce task creation effort by 70%! Users can now simply dictate a description of work to be done and this new AI feature will automatically create and fill information within tasks. Your teams are always looking for ways to be more efficient. AI features like Walk & Talk will help them to achieve this goal. Be on the lookout for more AI features soon.

To ensure enhanced performance and security for you and your teams, we upgraded our platform. This allows your users to benefit from even more new features and streamlined processes with a platform at the forefront of technology.

Mobile updates

Improve the user experience for users, making it easy to work on the go. We have added several new features to our mobile apps including biometrics, accessibility updates, asset task linking, and onboarding screen updates.

• Android and iOS Biometrics add an additional level of security for the app, providing peace of mind for both residents and site teams knowing that only the correct users have access to sensitive information.
• Accessibility updates make it even easier for users with disabilities to use our app. Specific updates to the resident app include brand and color contrast updates, the ability to zoom and scale the interface, keyboard tabbing changes, and screen reader usability updates including alternate texts, links, and more.
• Asset task linking enables a service history across all assets. This makes it even more efficient for users to understand the current and previous states of important assets throughout the community.
• Onboarding screen updates provide an enhanced experience for new users of the app. When first logging in to the app, users now view all important information in an easy to follow format.

Spam call reduction

Improve the success of calls made from site teams. We made several technical updates in Answer Automation that reduce the occurrence of community phone numbers appearing as spam.

Self-Guided Tours integration

Make it even easier for prospects to schedule tours of your community. Answer Automation now integrates with Self-Guided Tours, enabling prospects to schedule and tour your community entirely on their own schedule. This creates a greater number of opportunities for prospects to tour, increasing leasing rates and improving both the prospect and site team experience.

Ensure that you are making informed decisions when considering acquisitions. We continue to make necessary updates and improvements to maintain and enhance our due diligence product offerings, Audit Management and Inspection Management.

Calendar View

Improve your workflow with our new calendar view feature. This enables users to track deadlines and provides leaders with a more efficient way to manage their teams by providing a clear view of all tasks.
